every few months I’ll have a number of days where I can’t stay awake. It feels like I’ve taken a tranquilliser. I know it’s hot but even after a cool bath I feel the same and I also feel like this in winter. It’s scary as I’m barely functioning. Writing this has been hard. Anyone have any ideas?

I have narcolepsy. There’s quizzes you can take online to give you an idea of whether you might have it.
What is the sleep like in general? Most narcoleptics have issues with sleep paralysis, excessive dreaming, straight in and out of REM sleep while missing the other sleep stages.
