Low vitamin deficiencies... symptoms?
What were your levels and symptoms? What weird symptoms did you experience that you didn't think would be doen to levels being low

I had several on here, B12 total serum levels were not great, just ok, but with a 8 year PPI history and several symptoms I started B12 self injections based on the symptoms which are now slowly improving.

@WeAllHaveWings what symptoms were you dealing with? Did you feal with derealization like you were shutting dowm/dying?

Mines were mostly energy, nerve, eye, balance type symptoms. Perhaps some mood/forgetfulness, but many of those symptoms overlap with menopause.

It is worth asking your Dr to do blood tests if you have concerning symptoms.
