Itchy spots

Hi, has anyone had these itchy red spots in the heat ? I’ve got this randomly on my body a couple on each arm , my thighs , shin . I’ve taken an antihistamine yesterday and this morning but haven’t got a clue what they are . I might go to the chemist today and see what the pharmacist thinks

Just take anti histamine, they just look like little midgie bites.

Hydrocortisone cream will help too.

I’ve been wearing linen trousers yet there’s the odd bite on the top of my legs the itch is driving me mad

Do you have pets, could be flea bites?

No pets , the spots are random , I wear linen trousers & I’ve got itchy spots on my bum the Hydrocortisone has calmed the itching.

I never used to get insect bites atall
