2 periods in one month

Has anyone had this, making me nervous as it's unfamiliar.

Age 42, been having lots of crashing hormone symptoms.

Periods getting shorter gradually last year down from 28 to about 23-24 day cycle.

This month one period that was light and ovulation symptoms (egg white cervical fluid started just before it even ended) it stopped at day 4, now week later another weird watery period (or the same one?) going on for 4 days now. Seeing GP soon but does it sound familiar to anyone as I am a worrier.Thanks.

Doesn't sound normal, good you're going to the gp. Could it be some sort of early menopause?

I had a period after 15 days following the death of my mum.

Yes always stressed at the moment. High stress

i Had two periods within a month when I was 30. Nothing weird since! I was extremely stressed at the time. you're also in peri/meno age. Great to check it out but likely very normal.
