Help!

Didn't really know where to post this, and it's a bit weird but I really don'tknow what to do so need some advice.

My little bro, 24, was hit by a car during the night and is in intensive care in Leeds, I live in Bucks. My parents and other brother are there with him and I really don't know if I should go. I have a dh and 3yr old here. What would you do? I'm really stuck and not thinking straight
