Just wondering how you manage etc, both the physical condition and the anxiety. The cancer risk always worries me, and the constant checking for changes etc.

Me , I was diagnosed about ten years ago age 30 via a biopsy .

im 40 now and to be honest so far its not caused me much trouble at all .

in fact im crap at using the cream and can go months without using it . I believe it is possibly in remission 🤷🏻‍♀️ it was definitely in remission during my 2nd pregnancy .

I've googled myself silly when diagnosed and a lot of what I read scared me .

I have healthy anxiety but for some reason I don't really worry about the cancer risk as it's tiny bit higher than a person without lichens

I do check myself with a mirror when I remember

Little symptoms since using the cream

Just been diagnosed, already crap at using the creams. I also need oestrogen cream as I have fusion going on (tmi I know) but how I'll fit that in as well is boggling my mind. I'm literally going to spend half the day putting creams on my fanny at this rate. For the next month at least anyway.
