Coldsore or spots?

Have these two 'spots' under my nose which I have been picking because I'm an idiot - I've picked multiple times. One side had some clear fluid but again, think this is Sue to Mr picking the same space and it scabbed almost instantly. As far as I can remember, there were no blisters just red bumps. Know I am prone to blackheads here. Absent mindedly picked them this morning and it suddenly occurred to me they may be coldsores. My dad had a flare up last week but didnt see or kiss him during flare up. I have a young baby so want to be sure. I kissed her while they were there but it was when I was fairly sure they were spots. These are with a flash - without a flash you barely notice them. A bit weird they are symmetrical but never had a coldsore before.
Thanks in advance!

I’m no professional but they don’t particularly look like cold sores. Their usual presentation is fluid filled blisters that dry out the clear up.
i usually know I’m getting a coldsore (lip) it always starts with lips feeling dry, then a bump that’s itchy as hell and usually the next day I have the blisters that take about 2 weeks to clear up. I don’t always get the tell tale tingle. From the pictures they look like little spots
