Lump appeared on breast

I’m so worried I have this hard lump appear on my breast today 😭😭 literally overnight . I have loads of breast cancer in my family so obviously thinking the worse ! It’s not painful just feels hard . I’m in work all today and tomorrow so can’t see a gp until Friday but anyone had something similar or know what it might be ? It’s painless and feels really hard . Sorry I have terrible health anxiety !

It looks like a cyst / maybe blocked & infected duct to me, especially with all this hot weather, but definitely get it checked.

Does your GP have e-Consult? If so
you could do one of them & upload the photo, they’ll then ring you & sort an appointment out.
