nappy rash but only on bits not bottom?

my DD 14 months has been ill all week with a throat infection and temperature. Now she is really sore but only on her "ladybits" not on her bottom like a normal nappy rash.

It is bright red and looks like it's on fire. (Not spotty like thrush but overall red) I've tried sudocrem, kamillosan, lansinoh and nothing... no change.

we've recently gone back to Pampers Active Fit after Tesco's own nappies plus she's on ABs.

What could it be and how do we treat it?

I wonder if it could be the antibiotics?

dd was very sore when she was on abs.

I tried to keep her nappy off when I could.

I wondered if it was because of the ABs. It's the location of the soreness that is odd.

My DD gets nappy rash in different places. Seems to depend what has caused it. Could be thrush related because of the ABs.
