Sore throat

I keep getting a sore mouth and throat .my throat does not bother me when I swallow .I did have mouth thrush a few weeks ago but took medication to clear it .now it feels sore again .I suffer from type 2 diabetes. And also have asthma .I'm on metformin and short o vitb12 is this all linked x

I doubt it, sounds like you’ve just got a throat infection. Buy some Difflam spray and if it’s not cleared up see the doctor as you may need antibiotics. An infection can lie dormant for ages and you may not always notice it.
