Infected nostril?

I have an infection in my nostril, probably a hair follicle. so far I’ve had 2 rounds of antibiotic cream and a course of oral antibiotics (flucoxacylin) but each time it comes back. I’m waiting for another GP appointment about it but. In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so what the next steps might be?

Naseptin can be used long term. Mine got infected due to an injury from an incorrect prescription that damaged my septum. I used the cream twice a day for 3 months, and will still occasionally need it for a few days
