Mole clinic?

I’d like to have a general mole check. There’s a Mole Clinic near me or I could see a dermatologist at a Nuffield Hospital (more expensive). Does anyone have any views on the Mole clinic - is it reliable? Does it have a good reputation? Am loath to pay extra for dermatologist if so!

Is it the one in London? I haven’t been but a friend used to work there. I think it’s very good - she didn’t tell me anything bad anyway!

I went to a mole clinic in Cambridge to have a mole on my arm checked and was told it was a benign (photos taken and sent to their dermatologist). The technician who phoned me with the results (and who had taken the photos) said I should really have a face to face consultation (she was very insistent). Saw a dermatologist at the Nuffield a month later who immediately identified it as a melanoma and biopsied it the next day. Fortunately it was Stage 1a and I am profoundly grateful the technician was so insistent. I would strongly recommend being seen in person.
