The driest /flakiest /eczema on feet..?best cream

Hi, sorry, it''s gross, but I have dyshydrotic eczema on my feet and they are so ,so dry..no hard skin, just dry and flaky, quite sore at times.

Any recs for a super emollient / moisturising treatment please?

I've been using sudacrem and boots dry feet cream..but need more!

If I’m having a flare up I’ll soak my feet in oats and warm water followed by hydrocortisone cream wrapped with clingfilm overnight. Just for a week

The only thing that worked for me was a prescription cream from the doctor called Dovobet.

mine was very bad though and was extremely itchy to the point my feet bled.
