Help - sore and itchy down there??

I had my dd 17 weeks ago and have just had my second period since her birth. A day or two into it I noticed that I was a bit sore and swollen in the vulva area (sorry to be frank!). That was a couple of days ago and it seems to be getting worse. It kind of throbs and is still swollen and itchy. Any ideas? No stiches after birth and no discharge??

DO you think - can you get this without there being the usual discharge??

i had this and thought it was thrush, but after a couple of days it developed into a pretty nasty urine infection.
Probably best to get it checked out........

May get some canesten cream tomorrow and see how that goes until doctors on monday. Thanks all - just want to get back on my bike!!!
