Oh I'm fine. Just ate too much!

If you're normally sick it's just the contents of your stomach that come up but if you keep being sick then bile does make an appearance. I speak from bitter experience (nasty incident when drinking beer and vermouth at 16, I didn't know any better not to mix!).
