Red dots on arms - gp?

See picture. I have loads of these tiny red dots on my torso. Should I go to the GP. They seem to have got worse recently. Started noticing them a year ago. They don’t hurt or itch. If they were moles I wouldn’t worry, but they seem to be multiplying. Don’t know whether the sun is making it worse! I’ve also started HRT in the last 3 months? Anybody similar/had these checked out? Don’t want to bother the GP if it’s just aging skin 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m covered in them and have been for years. It’s never crossed my mind to get them checked out! They’re just like tiny red freckles. Doctors have seen them (when checking other things) and haven’t commented so I’m assuming they’re nothing to worry about.

@Nix32thabks so much. I’m fairly convinced they’re normal - I just seem to have gained an awful lot of them this year!!

I have a few and asked my GP when I was there for something else.
He said they are Campbell de Morgan’s spots, part of the ageing process 🙁 DM had them so they may run in families.

@IlovemychocolateGlad I’m not the only one. I’ve never known myself having so many. Dreading hitting 40 next year as it is 😂 If it’s part of the aging process heaven help me 🤣

Sorry, but what about age spots, unwanted hairs, barcode mouth, jowls, jiggly neck, bingo wings, to name but a few ageing delights?

I have them too, always had some but they suddenly multiplied when I turned 40!
