What is this on partners leg?

Hi there, noticed this on partners leg and no clue what it is, is it a bite? Rash? Anyone any idea? Thanks

It looks like a bite that’s he’s allergic too. All mosquito bites do this to me-as well as blistering…. Take antihistamines.

A bite. As pp wrote, take an antihistamine. like Benadryl.
