I am so ill

I think its only flu, but its so intense I keep crying like a baby, my sister has had my kids all day. they will be back soon, and I know I cant look after them properly.

Flu is horrid.

Keep yourself hydrated, so plenty of water.

Have you taken any painkillers?

A night slumped in front of the telly sounds fine, no need to bath the children.

Hopefully they will be tired from their time with your sister and when they sleep so can you.

My kids tired...........never, and they are not the best behsved kids, I need to bath them as I could'nt get a comb through thier hair this morning

make sure you are taking paracetemol every 4 hours, to keep on top of things.

Night Nurse is great for bedtime. Drink LOADS.

And if you don't need to be standing, don't, just lie down.

As soon as they go to bed, get into yours.

If it makes you feel better - I am really ill too and feel like crying like a baby about it. I have a sore throat and a pain in my ear that is excruciating. I have taken nurofen and paracetamol and it is still there. I am so fed up - I can even concentrate on the telly as I keep getting a shooting pain up the side of my head. Aaargh.

My brain aches too - hope we both feel better soon.
