Cellulite or lipedema?

Hey,
I've noticed over the last year or so my legs have been becoming a lot more 'dimply' and feel more saggy in my inner thighs area... This is despite lots of running. I have only in this last week stumbled across lipedema, and I'm wondering if this could be it at an early stage??
I don't want to be silly going to the gp to be told it's cellulite 🙈 so I'm just wanting some opinions. I did take a video but can't seem to upload it.
I'm not in pain or anything, so it's not urgent.
And for reference I'm fit and healthy and a size uk10.
Thanks

Is it painful and do you often have bruises with no idea why? Do you have 'cankles' (for want of a better word)? Do your legs feel hot and heavy?

That’s cellulite. Sorry op.
Updated to say We all have it, regardless of size or activity levels.
