Hi, it’s very hot over here (Norfolk). My daughter has had these marks appear on her over the course of a few hours. She doesn’t seem to be bothered by them unless I touch them. Is it hear rash or an allergy of some kind?

Heat rash or hives. Hives can be triggered by high pollen or even being too hot. Try an antihistamine to see if they go down.
