Pelvic pain and chest tightness/pain

Was wondering if anyone had any insight into this - a few months ago I started having really achey crampy legs which persisted. Went to the doctor - eventually got blood tests which showed low iron (ferratin 13 so on the low scale). Vitamin D also 50 (borderline). Was prescribed iron supplements and advised to take over the counter vitamin D which I have been.

3 weeks into the iron supplements - no side effects. Then last week (Sat) I had a random twinge in my pelvic area & left chest area around my heart. Thought it was something I ate/possible heartburn. Carried on for a few days. Then on Tues got sudden chest pain - sharp pains like heartburn but I hadn't eaten anything for hours. So for last 4 days I've had intermittent pelvic pain (feels like cramp) and heaviness around my heart area. Went to doctors on Fri - had blood pressure taken, listened to my chest & heartrate. Was told clots or anything to do with lungs ruled out. If it persists for next 2-3 weeks to come back but they couldn't give me any further tests like xrays due to it being early stages (i.e. might clear up).

I asked if it could be related to iron supplements. They said could be and I could stop taking prescribed ones and use over the counter ones (concerned my iron won't increase though??). For now I've stopped taking the prescribed ones and using milder ones to see if pelvic cramp & chest heaviness subsides. Might go back to prescribed ones every other day if I feel better.

Sorry for long post - its been one thing after another and I worry a lot! On a side note my legs are feeling much better but not completely ache free. Im taking magnesium, vitamin D and B12 (plus the iron & vitamin C).

Has anyone else experienced this? (Pelvic cramp & chest heaviness). No idea if delayed response/side effect from iron supplements or if its just a random prolonged case of indigestion/heart burn. Any responses would be great. I'll definitely go back to doctors if persists or gets worse. Right now it's intermittent and mild, fingers crossed.
