Red spot on nose for years

As the title says really. I have a spot well actually more of a bright red round mark at the top my nose for a few years. Its never bled and isnt sore just keep noticing it when I don't wear my glasses. Cant see it with makeup on and its pretty small. Any idea what it is or if I should be concerned. Have tried to get a good photo but near on impossible but have attached anyway.

I would go to the GP about it. Could be nothing could be basal cell carcinoma. They’re very slow growing and treatable but best to get checked early.

And if it’s nothing, it will put your mind to rest.

Mine is a burst blood vessel thingy that appeared when pregnant. Unchanged for 5 years now

@GloriousBlue ooh you know what if I look really close it does look a bit like a blood vessel

I have had them there - they come and go and take a few years on a cycle. Had them all my life.

I’ve been googling this for months as DD has this in exactly the same place OP, I came to the conclusion it was a burst vessel too, she’s had her about 2 years.
