Bleeding teeth

Some time ago, I bought a dental flosser from here: www.mlkcare.com/. My teeth started bleeding when I flossed. The seller told me that this is normal, but I didn't believe them. Can I still floss? Does flossing hurt my teeth? Does Waterpik flossing not cause bleeding?

If your gums are bleeding they aren’t very healthy and are probably inflamed. Cleaning is all the more important in that case.

I use an electric toothbrush and interdental brushes and my gums definitely bled until they were good and healthy.

I have this when I have forgotten to use interdental brushes for some time. Once I use them again after some days the bleeding stops as my gums are in better health again.

You have gingivitis. See a dentist.

Water flossing is not a substitute for actual floss and interdental brushing.

Get on top of it before you wind up with periodontitis and bone loss. That is if you want to keep your teeth.
