Feel like an idiot asking this re immunisations

DS had his first jabs today, and two different people have warned me off giving him a bath tonight...why? He loves his bath and am hoping he'll settle well that way...

ds3 had a bath the night of his first imms.

No idea Ive never heard this advice b4, pretty sure I gave my DC baths after injections.

Maybe the mean ot ahot bath i baby has a temperature but woudnt really have it that hot for a young baby anyway
