Diarrhoea for a month…

Been back and forth at the GP had diarrhoea for a month, slows down with Imodium, but then back to very loose stool. Stool sample I gave last week is clear of infection, now being referred for an urgent CT scan and a FIT test. No visible blood in stool, no nausea or vomiting, stomach cramping and churning, and no matter what I eat (my normal diet or very plain no dairy etc) every time I go its diarrhoea. I’ve lost 2kg in a month or so. I have an under active thyroid, and have recently have hives which is also autoimmune, I’m really hoping for maybe celiac? But my mind is now going a million miles an hour and feeling very anxious now that they will find cancer on the scans. When will my scan be? Anyone else been through similar ?

Ask for a SeCHat test for bile acid malabsorption

This is great, thanks so much a few things align with that so I will mention this to the GP if I’m not already being lined up for this to be tested
