Will my chronic migraine ever go

I’ve had chronic migraine for five years. At my worst I’ve been having twenty odd migraine days a month. I’ve tried loads of preventatives and am now on ajovy, under a local neurologist. It works really well for three weeks then wears off a week before my next injection. So that last week is hell with high level attacks. I’ve tried jaw botox, emdr, gammacore, cephaly, acupuncture, see a chiropractor. I’ve managed a reduction in my days of attack but it’s still hugely debilitating. Will it ever go.

TBH I often wonder the same thing but after 17 years I try to live in the better days. You might try the Migraine Trust for support and signposting for any new treatments that might be coming in.
