Sciatic nerve pain and flying...?

I've been getting physical therapy for really awful sciatic nerve pain all down my left leg for the last several weeks but it's still bothering me and I'm going to get on a long-haul flight next Monday, any advice?

Obviously, I'll ask for an aisle seat so I can get up and move around, but has anyone got any tips for travelling with sciatica?

I have a cushion and a lumbar back support I use. I also take cocodomol and naproxen . Lots of walking and moving position in your seat (tricky) if you get back pain too a heat pad could help or ibuprofen gel. And lots of entertainment to take your mind off it.

Thanks, flying from US to UK so can't get cocodomol for the outward flight sadly, but will get some for the return if it's still bothering me.
