Hi Everyone

I've had a UTI from Thursday, pharmacist tested my pee on sat and it was positive for UTI and v cloudy. He gave me nitrofurantoin which im told works really quickly. I still have a very dull ache down there which is so uncomfortable. This is day 2 of antibiotics, anyone had any experience of this? I dont know if it's working...I have alot of anxiety regarding uti, thrush etc as i had something for 5 months last year that was probably vulvodynia. Does anyone get a constant dull ache with their UTI?

Any comments greatly appreciated xx

If you have had vulvodynia in the past I would get a vaginal swab done with digital microbiology, they also do urine tests which will check you uti is completely treated too.
