Twitching nerve on scalp

Has anyone had this? Like when you get a nerve hopping in your eye? Only lasts a couple of seconds. Started yesterday. Its not painful, just mildly irritating but I hope its not a sign of something serious

Thanks for your reply. It only started yesterday evening and it is on and off so I'll see how it goes . I am definitely a bit run down

Tired, stressed, poor sleeping pattern, anxiety, too much caffeine.

Google myokymia vs blepharospasm. The former much more prevalent in the general populace.

Thanks for your reply. This is in my head though/scalp. Its not visible to anyone else, just a small area where its like mild pins and needles or 'hopping' sensation. It's probably absolutely nothing and only started yesterday evening but I'm a panicker 🤣🙈 it comes w goes, just lasts a few seconds.

I had this a few weeks ago. It passed after a few days. I’m really prone to random muscle twitching (it was bad last year when extremely stressed and ended up seeing a neuro and anything sinister was cleared.) Am sure it will pass soon 🙂

Nits?

if it’s anything to do with irritated follicles nizeral shampoo is a good medicated shampoo

if you notice hair loss in addition, ,get your iron levels tested

might just be tiredness however
