Does anyone else have those red bumps all over their upper arms, like spots? Anyone know how to get rid of them?

Have had this since puberty, really, but at the moment they're really bad and I'm going to a party in Paris on Saturday with lots of swanky French ladies....you know the sort of thing, thin, gorgeous, well dressed, etc etc

Anyone got any top tips? I exfoliate and moisturise daily, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
