50% stenosis in the Left Anterior Descending (LAD) artery - should I be concerned?

A letter after a recent cardiac CT scan informed me that I have a 50% stenosis in the Left Anterior Descending (LAD) artery. I'm 63 years old, BMI approx 24.5%. I've been prescribed beta blockers and statins.

I'm taking control of my health, making healthier eating choices and walking more. However I'd like to know more, is this serious? will I be monitored? what level of intensity of exercise is ok? Are there any signs I should look out for?

No one has spoken to me so I've been onto chatGPT for more info. My GP thinks the cardio consultant will discuss with me ( Reading the letter there's no intention, as I've been prescribed medication, that's it - I have contacted her and heard nothing) and frankly I'm feeling abandoned. Am I silly to be concerned?
