Getting the updated HPV vaccine?

So I was at a gynecology appointment today, as I have a chronic vulval skin condition called lichen sclerosus. I was talking to my doctor about minimising the risks of anything else going wrong in my sexual/genital health, and she asked if I'd been vaccinated against HPV. I have, but at the time the HPV vaccine only protected against 4 strains. The latest one prevents an additional 5 strains, and my gynecologist said it could be worth getting a shot of this, as it'll do no harm, and could only do good.

Has anyone who has already been vaccinated against HPV, done this, i.e. gotten the updated vaccination?

I'm single and have been for quite some time, so quite aware that when I do enter the dating/relationships world again, you don't have that guarantee of not catching anything. Especially given how common HPV is.
