Hi, justbafter some advice on people with migraines using varifocals.
I have been recommended them but i suffer from migraines and worry they will be triggered by them.
I worry that I'll spend all the money on the lenses and not be able to tolerate them.
Does anyone have any experience of this??

I have always suffered with migraines. I take preventative medications for them.
I have worn varifocals for a few years now and haven’t noticed that they’ve affected the migraines. I tend to find that I get more migraines if my vision is not fully corrected. So if I get more migraines I book an eye test and generally I need new glasses to keep the vision fully corrected and that helps.

I wear varifocals and also suffer with dreadful migraines. The varifocals have not impacted my migraines but like the poster above, if I don't wear my glasses enough and if I don't ensure my vision is corrected (with annual eye checks and changing glasses) then this can trigger an attack.
