Nearly 2 years ago I broke my foot in 3 places. I'm still getting pain but nothing has shown up on 2 MRI's, 4 X-rays and an ultrasound other than the original breaks back at the start. I've now been referred for a spec CT scan and I'm wondering if it's worth it - the consultant said the next option is having my foot fused, which to be honest will be an absolute last resort. I'm also worried about having it done as I have a needle phobia and I don't like enclosed spaces.
Can anyone who's had one let me know what it was like and what it involves? I've got a leaflet from the hospital but it would be good to hear from anyone who's had it done. Thanks in advance
