Muscle Strain?

Hi all,
I woke up this morning with my back in agony. It hurts when I take a deep breath and hurts when I cough. The pain is starting to radiate to my shoulders and when I take a deep breath it hurts underneath my boobs if that makes sense.
Im feeling very fatigued and hot.
could this be a muscle strain?

Hot as in feverish? Sounds more like something chesty/pleurisy to me. I'd call 111 I think.

I had called 111 and went in to see an out of hours GP and they confirmed it was muscle strain.

Yes I am. Im a lot better. Doctors confirmed it was muscle strain and gave me some painkillers
