I have lots of little twitches around my eyes - why is this!!!

For the last few weeks I have been getting lots of little twitches around my eyes and my mouth - you know, like little muscles jumpting? Why is this? Am I cracking up completely?

I get this occasionally - usually due to tiredness for me.

OOh I get that no idea why, are you tired at the moment?

I get it loads after I come out of the shower

Tiredness for me too.

Tired or too much caffeine for me

Same here, happens when I'm over tired.

I ge this too - it's due to tiredness or stress.

I am really tired at the moment (not quite sure why) and yes, I have been drinking too much coffee (because I'm tired, so vicious circle!).
