5 year old - Nose tanned

My 5-year-old has been wearing glasses for the past four months due to myopia, and I've noticed his nose looks more tanned now. It's a struggle to get him to wear sunscreen. What should I do? Thanks!

Sunscreen, medication, brushing teeth, showering and fruit/vegetables should all be non negotiables. No sunscreen - no playing outside (and no playing on screens inside neither).

Not your fault of course OP.

Get him involved in putting it on. Let him practice on a teddy bear (not using the actual cream, just water maybe).

Work best with a runnier sunscreen

I like the soltan stick solid suncream, just swipe it on and done, no sticky feels, no rubbing in. Sorted. There's no option other than suncream, he will just need to get used to it
