Could this be sinus related?

Can't get to the GPs this week, otherwise obviously I would ask them!

For the last few weeks I've had a kind of dizzy pressured feeling in my head- at the front reaching up into the top of my head, and sort of above my nose. It's not vertigo as I have suffered with that and it's an entirely different feeling. I can go a few days without it happening, then it'll start again. Much worse when I'm upright (so work days are worse as I'm at my desk), and today has been the worst so far, I have a bit of a headache too, and I swear my teeth feel weird!

Everything I've read points to something sinus related, but I don't have a stuffy nose, or any discharge from my nose (although I did a few days ago but it was entirely clear and liquidy, almost like water rather than snot - sorry for the TMI! - and I put that down to being in the garden / hay fever when the weather was hot and grass etc was dry out).

The other options Dr Google is offering me are a bit worrying, so hoping someone will go 'ah yeah that'll be your sinuses'. I am in peri as well so this may be yet another lovely weird symptom to add to the list!

There’s a link between dairy and mucous. It fills up your passages in your nose ears etc and make you dizzy. I also hear my heartbeat in my ears.

Not everyone is afflicted. Cut dairy out for a week and see if your symptoms improve
