NHS app login

Does anyone else have problems logging into the NHS app? I've got it on my Android phone (samsung) and it quite often is just blank. Nothing changes if I refresh it. I can get onto the help section so I've logged the problem but wondered if anyone else experienced this and what the solution was if they did. Thanks

Urgh the NHS app is crap. Often only loads some bits of the info even when you get in. I spoke to the GPs admin about it as I wanted extra access, and they said that even when working it didn't work. So I wouldn't hold your breath.

Just tried mine and it's perfectly okay.
I do tend to log in at least once a week. Never a problem.
(Samsung Android old phone).
Maybe uninstall the app then download again?.

I have a Samsung phone which is 5 years old. No issues on the app at all. I do use it often. Hopeless for kids accounts though.
