Sugar dip - have you tried a piece of fruit (okay ... well biscuits/chocolate/a sweet drink, whatever's around) when you feel this way?

schmoopoo · 20/05/2008 20:15

Tried carbohydrates instead?

Are your ears okay - doesn't the inner ear have a balance/dizziness related thing?

Might be talking complete b*llocks ... DH is held up at work and am on second glass of wine whilst waiting for him ... Zzzzzzzzzz.

I used to get dizzy/feel sick a lot, it was pre-children and my MIL thought it was something to do with over-doing it. Since I gave up smoking/had children, it hasn't returned. Am none the wiser as to what it was but I used to carry a pack of those glucose tablets to help me through the 'I'm going to faint in a moment' patches.
