i just went to change my ds and there is some blood in his nappy - and it was around his bum - quite spread out and a couple of drops - (almost as if he farted and it came out iyswim) i can't see a tear or anything. He has been going longer between poos recently - i thought he was constipated but they are not coming out hard - normal really. i am worried now - shall i just ring the doctor in the morning? (sorry if i sound paranoid)
