Lumps on cervix??

Hi, 2 days ago me and my OH were DTD and the condom came off (sorry tmi) when I was getting it out I noticed 2 hard lumps on either side to the opening of my cervix.
I know how my cervix feels as I tracked it whilst TTC DD2 and still track it to naturally avoid pregnancy, I don't feel it much these days but I noticed a small lump ages ago but this time I wasn't even checking I just felt them as I was getting the condom out and now it's alot bigger plus the extra hard lump on the other side.
Please has anyone had this before and what did it turn out to be? I had my last smear in sept 2023 and it came back fine, not due for another one till sept 2026. I'm a bit worried about it being cancer.
I should also add I rang my doctors this morning and I'm booked in with a doctor next Wednesday in 5 days but I do tend to worry. I wish I could see in there myself!
Tia for any advice!

Very unlikely to be cancer, cervical cancer is very slow growing and it’s reassuring that you had a normal smear recently. It sounds much more like a polyp or a cyst. Your GP will hopefully be able to reassure you just by having a look.

I has this and it was a nabothian cyst. They are extremely common and most people don't know they have them. I was told off for poking around up there (have health anxiety) and was told there's absolutely no need to be checking one's cervix!

That's strange I know a lot of women that track thier cervix for a couple of reasons. 1 is when your TTC and another is when your naturally avoiding pregnancy. Iv tracked mine when I was ttc dd#2 so I'm well aware of what it feels like, I don't feel it very often anymore but the odd month I do to see if AF is close. Could you also feel lumps then? What did they feel like? How many? What size? Sorry for the questions lol

It was to one side of the cervix, felt like an extension of it. Just a harmless, common cyst.

Oh mine don't feel like an extention, they are right on the opening of my cervix, one on either side directly opposite each other. They feel like round hard pearls or something like that. I know they aren't pearls but it's the best way I can describe them lol

Hey I have similar and saw the GP this week. I've been referred for a scan and vaginal scan which is in 10 days time. I have terrible health anxiety too so feel your pain. I only saw the GP because I had continuous vaginal bleeding for weeks and I was due an hrt review.

Sorry to hear your going through the same its horrible isn't it? Glad your being seen to so quickly, I know how slowly time drags when your waiting on tests! So you have lumps too? What did the doctor say about them?

@Wrekt The doctor said they could be nabothian cysts. She went and got another GP for a 2nd opinion as well and they agreed best to send for scans. I'm glad I'm being seen so quickly but the speed of the appointments coming through is stressing me out too! I have a tilted womb so I'm also stressing that I get sent for a hysteroscopy as I have fibromyalgia and I don't think I'll be able to tolerate that without general anaesthetic.

Hopefully it's just those cysts, that's what I'm hoping mine are too but they feel too big, yeah quick appointments can be stressful but atleast you'll get answers faster and can go back to life! I also have a tilted uterus and endometriosis. Anytime my cervix is moved during an exam I about jump on the table it's so painful!
