Hello!

Any medical professionals or maybe any readers who have similar able to help with what this is and what maybe causing it?
I have what I believe to be broken capillaries all over my chest, the picture I’ve attached isn’t the best, in person they look a lot more red. They really bother me. I had 3D Vasculase
ADVANCED THREAD VEIN REMOVAL treatment on it in 2023, which lessened its appearance but it’s come back just as bad.

No obvious causes - no injury, no strains (coughs, weightlifting, vomiting) I apply suncream when out in the sun. I was pregnant (first pregnancy) in 2024 but had them long before that and just as bad. I’m in my early 30’s, I’ve mentioned it to my GP previously who offered no answers or solutions.

I have no idea if it’s relevant but also on my chest, right in the centre, I get this under the skin lump (not visible to the eye but can feel it) when squeezed, it acts like a spot and produces this foul smelling white stuff. It’ll then go down for a while after squeezed but will reoccur. (I don’t squeeze it often, I normally just leave it be as it isn’t visible)

It really bothers me. I have the odd random ones elsewhere on my body too (arms, leg) but on my chest it’s all over.

Any ideas? — thank you in advance.

You need to see your gp. It’s many things it could be, but realistically probably not.
How old are you?
Do you drink a lot?

I saw a GP, they seemed completely uninterested. Don’t drink at all. The last time I had an alcoholic drink was December 2023. I’m 32. X

Could they be cherry angioma?

See a dermatologist privately as the NHS wait could be 2 years.
