I have had this module for around 15 years I think. I thought it was a scar initially. It started out as pale and raised but has grown slowly. More recently it has colour and seems to be slightly itchy. It's under my bra line.

I have requested an appointment with the GP but just wondered if anyone has had similar and if I should be worried at all. Thanks

You've done the right thing to get it checked. Any skin changes, sudden itching, changes in shape/colour etc should be looked at . Do you mean a mole?

Are you sure it only arrived 15 years ago? Could it be a supplementary nipple? They can change with pregnancies and the like. But it is definitely the right thing to get it checked and be sure.

It was definitely around 15 years ago - it started as a spot which I squeezed 😬 That's why I thought it was a scar. OP should have read nodule!

If you had some sort of hormonal event around that time, it could still have developed at that time from something smaller, if it is a supplementary nipple. But do get it checked. I'm always on the side of being safe with that sort of thing.
