Has anybody had this before and what treatment did you get/how long did it take to clear?

I was diagnosed with this last Friday, I've had a really rough time the past few weeks, I collapsed and had emergency surgery, massive blood loss, pregnancy loss, I caught stomach bug in hospital and now this. The pain is really bad, I'm walking with a limp, I can't garden because I can't bend my leg properly, I can't even wear trousers because anything even lightly touching the area in my calf where the clots are is agony.

I was told to take ibuprofen and sent on my way but it didn't touch the sides of the pain. Today I went to my GP who prescribed naproxen but so far it's still incredibly sore. I'm so over being in pain now, I've been in pain for weeks at this point, I want to be able to go back to my life, walking, running, gardening, walking down the stairs like a normal person. Can anyone give me some hope that this resolved quickly for them? For the sake of my mental health I need my 'normal' pre surgery life back soon 😭
