DS (9) has a few of these on his legs. Picture attached. Do they need any treatment? Not on the knees and feet, so I don’t think they are warts.

They look a bit like molloscum.

Thanks so much. Will check with the Dr, but they seem to be this. Now to stop him scratching them open…

Molloscum, keep it covered if it bursts so it doesnt spread, my son has them and its been a bit of a battle to get under control

Thanks @Rockfordpeach Will do. They coincided with the first mosquitoes of the year (we live south of the UK) and he has burst a few before I realized. Will cover them with sudocrem and plasters.
