Blood in urine

Hi, looking for advice.

i’m on my second round of antibiotics but apparently no UTI from my nhs app results.

Does anyone know what urine casts are? Does this rule out CKD etc?

I’m worried I might have kidney disease as still blood in my urine and showing on my dipstick test.

thanks

Blood would show up in the lab test though, they are far more sensitive than dip tests.
Is it showing up in your dip tests straight away or after several minutes (some can change if left too long) are they in date? Are you on your period? although that would still show in the lab test I imagine.

Its a different urine test for ckd, it’s a urine albumin creatinine ratio test done by pathology, as opposed to a test for infection which is done in microbiology.
