Stomach issues help

im 42 female, im having some ongoing stomach issues. I do have gallstones diagnosed 4 years ago. I keep getting sulphur burps bloating crazy stomach noises nausea it’s driving me nuts I just feel like crap. Doctors are dismissing me

Do you mean that Dr's have examined you, performed tests and have concluded there is nothing specific to find at this moment?

Or have you not seen a Dr?

They have given me stomach tablets and that’s it.. I’ve actually be admitted to hospital told them my symptoms and they sent me home with laxatives
