Heart pain doesn't tend to twinge TBH, usually it's in the centre of the chest and feels gripping or crushing. HTH

is it like a sharp, localised pain that comes in twinges? Could be costochondritis - apparently it's quite common in younger women who do some lifting (of children!) etc.

Gall stones can give you similar symptoms. You should see you GP who can arrange for a scan.

the patients i have nursed with cardiac chest pain have it in the centre near sternum, above boobs and in arm, jaw etc. I have had a pain under boobs on and off, tends to be heartburn or gallstones as suggested.
