Palpitations during sexual activity?

I noticed that before orgasm I get these weird feelings in my heart.
Like my heart starts beating really heavy, fast.
Is this normal?
It started happened randomly about 10 years ago, I mentioned it to my GP at that time and he just said its normal.
Then it got better or I did not noticed and lately it started happening again.
I'm 50 yrs old.
I guess it's not normal..
I had holter and echo done last year but nothing serious was found.
I worry it's angina symptoms?

I should also add that my feritin is 15 and a I'm a really poor drinker my whole life, I can go a full day without a sip of water ( mild milky coffee only in mornings)

What is your urine output and concentration like if you drink so little?

You risk kidney damage from being chronically dehydrated.

Start by drinking more water asap.

Palpitations can be linked to dehydration.

I do go few times per day. I never noticed any issues as I'm always like that drinking badly.
Also my feritin is always on a low side, probably never I had never more than 40 and in the last years going gradually down from 35 to 22, 19..now it's 15, however my hemoglobin is normal, hence Dr says all ok.
But in the past- years ago, when my feritin was 20 I remember having heavy palpitations and breathless..

I get palpitations after I orgasm then I’m really nauseous with a headache for an hour. It’s apparently to do with your vagus nerve, I think it’s endocrinology - it’s been suggested me to see one about it. I have sex so rarely that I can’t be arsed.
